First off Isaac does want to show you his jets, but seeing that he woke up around 6:30 this morning getting him to smile is harder than solving the Afghanistan conflict!
This past year Isaac has started collecting airplanes and jets. He knows the difference, and is very attached to each piece in his collection. (By the way, has anyone seen his black jet?)
His newest treasure is a F-14 (the silver jet in his hand). Isaac has named this jet Awesome. Awesome can do flips, spins, jumps, and shoot "mis-hulls!" Awesome's favorite friend is Blue Jet, the Blue Angle in his other hand. They go on many adventures together and are told by Isaac to "be nice."

Isaac's imagination is very entertaining, and very boy. It's a lot of fun watching him run around the house with jets in his hands, saying little things like "watch out!" or "oh no, owie!" It makes me smile when he asks, "Mom, where my A-10 go?" I feel even cooler when I am allowed to be part of the airplane/jet fun. Typically I am assigned an airplane, but I try not have my feelings hurt. Maybe one day he will trust me with Blue Jet or Awesome... Fun stuff, all this boy stuff.

It was so good to see you! I wish I had gotten to see how you guys are doing. Hope all is going well. And tell Ashley Congrats! And the plane pictures are just so cute!
That's pretty cool he's into planes & jets! If i have a little boy I'd want him to be the same way with planes! I love reading your posts!
