Boys went to Bama/Titus turned 4

My parents took the boys for a week--cause my parents are pretty much rock stars.  (Actually, both sets of grandparents are rock stars!)

We met my mom in Atlanta on a Saturday, and she took the boys from there.  They had a wonderful time in Bama.  Playing with friends, eating doughnuts, taking Gramps to work… and of course celebrating Titus' 4th birthday!  It was a strange feeling to not be with Titus ON his birthday, but Matt and I knew he'd be well taken care of.

And he was:

Eli woke my mom up at 5:30 in the morning ready to make the cake and decorate the house.  Mom was a little surprised, but willingly started.

I believe they made great cupcakes, then shared them with friends.  Titus had a wonderful time.

Matt got the boys two days after Titus' birthday (on a Saturday), meeting Mom in Atlanta again.  (I was at Girls Camp… That's a WHOLE other post.)  Matt RUSHED back to Savannah.  There was a baseball party for Isaac at the local minor league baseball field, and we tried to get there on time.  WOAH.

Isaac got his trophy, met one of the baseball players, and took cute pictures.  We were supposed to watch a baseball game, however it rain out.  HARD.  We were stuck in the stadium till everything cleared, and the boys were slightly freaked out about the thunder and lightening, but soon they calmed down… then went crazy, like boys do.

Once home we had our own family birthday party for Titus.  Matt had set everything up the night before, and I had make a small little cake for Titus after coming home from Girls Camp.

Titus had a lot of fun eating cake, opening presents, and FactTiming with his Nana and Mume (Matt's parents in Boise).

Happy 4th birthday, Titus!  Love you!
