Ice Blocking on campus. So fun! I did this a few times with friends, before Matt came home from Iraq.

What is scary about this hill is the sidewalk at the bottom. You have to figure out how to bail before smashing to your death!

Team "BAMA" heading to the race. We are NOT University of ALabama fans, but being from The Great State of Alabama we had to show our southern pride some way :)

On the back of our shirts, to keep with southern tradition, we painted a scripture on the back:
Doctrine and Covenants 89:20 "And shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint."

The family that was there. And we are all coordinating! Its like we planned it.
The past three weeks have been so much fun! My mom and lil sister came from Alabama and stayed with us to help out with the boys. My other sister is here going to school, so it was a lot of great family time.
We went Ice Blcoking—which is a “sport” in which one takes a block of ice to the top of a hill and slide down. Awesome! Then we walked/ran a 5k, and I thought I was going to die! But I made it, and inspired me to keep running (which now I can run 2 miles!) Watched some good movie: Fiddler on the Roof and Sense and Sensibly. Then Eli’s blessing on Friday night to top it off! The blessing went wonderfully, and we are so grateful to all that came.

I love ice blocking!
Is Eli's hair lightening?
I am glad to see that you had a great time with your mom and sisters. Man the Burg looks nice these days.
I don't know if the 5K was the one for Mother's Week, but if so my lil sister was there. She was at the table with the Red Vines where you had to guess the number to get it free. Maybe you got to meet her.
Glad to see Eli is doing well. He sure is a cute kid.
Those pictures turned out even better than I thought they would- beautiful family!!! Eli gets cuter everyday- his crying will end- once he figures out something that makes him happy...maybe crawling? =)
Oh my gosh, your family is so beautiful!!! You are so strong, I want to be more like you- can you teach me???
