You know, I feel really self conscious about how many pictures I put on this blog. But I think posting 50+ photos per post is now a trade mark of mine, so why change. Right?
The Bama crew headed down to Florida for the weekend after Christmas. My great-grandmother's SURPRISE 90th birthday party was that weekend, and we all felt pretty privileged to make it down for it.
We stayed with my great-aunt and uncle, and had a fabulous time. We were even able to squeeze in a Sea World Day! My boys love ocean life, so we knew it was going to be a big hit. Plus the fact that Sea World is doing an awesome military discount is a huge, and very enticing, bonus. (Mine and Matt's family got in free, and my sister's family got in free.)
Friday morning me, Matt, and the boys headed over to visit the Halls.
These guys are AWESOME. He was our
bishop when Matt came home from Iraq, and he and her really took care of us... plus the 60ish other newly-wed couples! They are now serving as the mission presidents of the Orlando Florida Mission. That is a 3 year calling, and they are finishing up this summer. Crazy!
Then to SEA WORLD!!!!!!

| Before the Dolphin Show |

| Eli loved this map. He held it out, pointed to where we needed to go, and led the way. He carried the map the whole day! Matt and I were so proud (I have a thing for maps, and Matt loves navigation---strange, right?). |
| Aligatores disappointed. Just babies. No man eaters. |
| Madison, we love you! |
| Being carnivores for lunch. |

| Eli with his map! |

Shark Encounter!

| Luke enjoying the view. |
| Isaac loved this sharks! |
| Next was the Killer Whale show. Matt persuaded Ashley, Madison, Isaac, and Eli to sit in the splash zone. Crazy. |
The show no longer has trainers swimming with the whales.
A trainer died during a show a year-ish ago. |
| Yup, we be staying dry! |
| Eli loved it! |
| Eli joined us in the dry area, no longer thinking getting wet would be fun. |
| AND... |
| ... SPLASH! |
| Isaac was done after that splash, but pretty proud he got wet. |
| Everyone, look at the camera. |
| Everyone, look at the camera! |
| I said, EVERYONE LOOK AT THE CAMERA!!! |
We played on the crazy, huge, expansive ropes area. A little overwhelming for us all.
PS, Sea World is crazy busy this time of year! |
Me, Matt, Ashley, and Madison also rode the newer roller coster.
And... yeah... Good day. Kind of exhausted at the end of it, but so glad we went.
Stay tuned for the post on Grandma's 90th birthday party!
