Oh, Just Thoughts...

I guess you could say I am having pregnancy cravings, however these cravings are not edible. I really, really, REALLY want to go to the beach. Like "rent a condo on the Gulf and swim in the blue calm waters for a week," type beach vacation.

Another craving, I want to go see the play The Importance of Being Earnest. I am not sure why. It is not being played anywhere that I can think of. Maybe it is because the movie is set in spring time and right now Boise is in a bliss of spring.

I need a belly band. Something to help support this growing tummy of mine. Talk about OUCH! Stretch marks are coming and I already feel huge. 12 more weeks to go. I was told that around 14 weeks the baby can start flinching and making faces. Pretty sure he does this a lot when kid 1 and kid 2 climb all over. Ouch, ouch, OUCH!

I am currently reading Sherlock Holmes. Pretty fun! Of course I really enjoy watching/reading characters like Holmes. If you like the TV show "House" then this series is for you.

Matt has completed his first 40+ hour week of work since fall of 2008. He works for the Census Bureau, in the office helping with hiring and pay-roll and such. Just temporarily through the summer, which is perfect for us (his semester starts in August). ANYWAY, it has been nice and hard to have Matt gone. I no longer have a nap time, but I feel like my role as a mother and comforter is back. Make sense?

How To Train Your Dragon is so good! Loved it! One of the better movies I have seen in years.

And FYI this is what Isaac looked like for his first birthday (see Eli's here). I wanted to post this with Eli's, but I forgot. This was September of 2007. Man, time does sure fly.

Caleb saw this picture and said, "Oh no, Cay cake, eat." Ice (Isaac), yeah, yeah. He misses his friend "Ice", and points to his picture on the fridge daily! Come see us soon!
I thought you meant inedible like Pica at first (chalk, dirt, etc cravings), but I'm sure you're just craving a rest time before nest time with a third! Your vacay may of spoiled you. =) However, I still want to go to the beach with you (5 years hooray!), and I think you should also get one of those maternity body pillows, they look comfy.
Although I love having Phil home, when its a little longer (like a couple weeks after seminary ended) it seems that we butt heads more because our roles are somewhat temporarily shifting, just helps to feel needed and have stability I suppose.

I love that play!! man now i want to watch it, maybe i'll have to be happy with the movie... maybe you should take some kind of vacation, there's lots of beaches in northern Idaho, well there's a bunch of mountain lakes like between sandpoint, and Spokane Wa. and it's super pretty up there. great vacation spot, and only 4 hours away?! holy smokes, only 12 weeks left? wow time does fly

Shannon, this made me laugh because Seth and I JUST WATCHED Earnest last night! So funny...how ironic...maybe you were feeling our vibe :) Hope the week goes well. I know what you mean about getting the role as mother back too. Between being YW pres, working, and normal household maintenance, I have felt out of balance! Seth got called as Elder's Quorum pres, and I feel like life is about to get a little more in balance for me. We'll see. Love you guys!
