51st Ward Blast from the Past

Can you guess who I found in my travels around Florida? Yes, the Halls!

For those who may not know this couple, I'll give you a little intro. He was mine and Matt's first bishop (stewart of a church congregation) in our married life. Bishop and Sister Hall were so good to our ward (church congregation). They loved all of us crazy young couples, and we felt loved.

He is now the mission president over the Florida Orlando Mission. And man, are they busy! I was so happy that they were willing to take the time for me to come over and visit. It was nice to talk and catch up.

See, we didn't make it to the 51st ward reunion last year because I was in labor with Titus! My water broke that morning, and I was so sad we weren't able to come. (Our bags were packed and everything for the trip over! This last year I've been feeling sad that we didn't get to see them.)

Our whole family (us 5) hopes to make it to Florida next year, and to be sure a visit with them will be on our MUST-do list. (Florida is where all my mom's family lives. We need to take a trip with the boys so they can meet all my family!)
