He chose the place to eat, and of course it was Cafe Rio! He LOVES Cafe Rio. This cannot be understated. Cafe Rio was a part of his birthday present, and it was perfect.
That evening we had chocolate cupcakes, with extra chocolate chips in the batter (Isaac's idea), and presents opening with my parents on Skype (Matt's parents were out of town.) The previous day I took Isaac and Titus to Goodwill to find some presents for Eli. 5 bucks worth of merchandise made one 3 year old so happy. Favorite gifts included puzzles (that boy loves puzzles), a marshmallow gun, and a great Buzz Lightyear costume (from Grammie and Gramps). All wrapped in Christmas paper. Fun!

Wow! Our babies are growing up so stinkin fast! I heard an infant in the store last night crying and I thought to myself....yup, I think we are done. ha ha James turns 4 in June Madalyn turns 2 in May. It looks like you all had a great day. You are a great mama and I am still a fan of your simplistic style and lifestyle.
oh, and yes we did get a new camera..a year ago. some days I can take great pics with it and other days I am still trying. (for example our Christmas pics this year stunk)
