Isaac and Eli.
They maybe brothers, but they have very different body types from one another.
Would you believe that the 2 year old (Eli) and the almost 5 year old (Isaac) are just a few pounds in difference? I think this photo makes that point clear. Eli is broad, and Isaac is thin.
*Note the color difference. Eli is bluer. See? It's his oxygen saturation. He's 80%, and Isaac is close to 100%.
